Currently, there are 4 Download Packs available for US & Canada customers. Download Packs expand the content on your On-the-Go Story Pal device. To add Download Packs, download the LeapFrog Connect Software for the On-the-Go Story Pal device and connect the device to your computer.
What kind of USB cable does the On-the-Go Story Pal use?
The On-the-Go Story Pal device uses a standard Micro USB cable to connect the device to a computer when loading additional content with the LeapFrog Connect software.

I own two or more RockIt Twist systems. Do I need to buy expansion packs separately for each one?
No. Each expansion pack purchased grants you the right to install the content onto up to five (5) different devices. After activating the content on the first device, it will be automatically installed onto the second device when you connect it to LeapFrog Connect.
Does the LeapPad Jr. have cartridge games?
The LeapPad Jr. does not accommodate cartridge games. To add more games, activities, and videos to the LeapPad Jr., you may visit the LeapFrog App Center by connecting the device to your computer using the LeapFrog Connect Application.
