My On-the-Go Story Pal played an audio error message, what should I do?

In the rare event that your device plays an audio error message, please download the LeapFrog Connect Software for On-the-Go Story Pal and connect the device to your computer.   

1.  Click on the Advanced Tab.  

2.  Click on the "Update Firmware" button.  

3.  Follow the prompts to re-install the firmware on to your device.  

NOTE:  Click "accept" if prompted to reinstall the same version.
