I can’t buy Expansion Packs or Apps in the LeapFrog App Center. I get the error that says “Oops! No products linked to this account..”

To purchase Apps or Expansion Packs from the LeapFrog App Center, please register the product by connecting the device to your computer using the LeapFrog Connect application and creating a LeapFrog Parent Account.  

Once the device is registered to your LeapFrog Parent Account, you may successfully purchase apps.

Note: The Magic Adventures Globe can hold 1 to 2 expansion packs at a time depending on the size of the expansion pack.
