On my iPad, I don’t hear sound on some games, videos or ebooks.

Please try the following:  

  • On your iPad, exit the LeapFrog Academy app
  • Open Control Center by swiping up from the bottom of your iPad screen
  • Check the bell icon (mute) shown below

  • If it is red, tap it to disable the mute function
  • Launch LeapFrog Academy again and check to see if the sound is working correctly
