If your membership is paid through LeapFrog:

1. After logging in, select the Menu button in the top right corner of LeapFrog Academy™
2. Select Parent Dashboard and enter your LeapFrog Academy™ password
3. On the Parent Dashboard screen, select My Account from the top navigation
4. Under Subscription & Billing, click Cancel subscription and then confirm the change.

If your membership is paid through Apple Appstore:

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app.
2. Tap your Name / Apple Account at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Subscriptions. (If prompted, sign in with your Apple Account).
4. Select LeapFrog Academy.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation.
    

If your membership is paid through Google Play:

1. On an Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
4. Select LeapFrog Academy.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm cancellation.

If your membership is paid through Amazon Appstore:

1. On an Amazon Fire tablet, open the Amazon Appstore app.
2. Tap My Apps.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select LeapFrog Academy.
5. Uncheck or toggle off Auto-renew this subscription, or select Cancel Subscription.
