The LeapStory application froze while trying to Reset the device. What should I do?

  1. Exit the LeapStory application by clicking the close button (Windows) or Quit command (Mac).
  2. Wait for the application to fully close.
  3. Launch the LeapStory application again and connect your device. If necessary, turn the power switch to OFF, then ON.
  4. Go to Settings and click the RESET DEVICE button.
  5. Wait for the reset process to fully complete. Eject your LeapStory using the “Eject” button in the top-left of the application.
  6. When your device has ejected completely, you will see the “Welcome to your LeapStory” screen.
  7. Disconnect the USB cable from your LeapStory and your device is ready to play.
