When I connect LeapStory to my computer, I see a message saying “Disk Not Ejected Properly”. What should I do?

If you see a Mac OS X message saying  “Disk Not Ejected Properly,” you do not need to do anything.

  1. Please select the “Close” button.
  2. Remember to always eject your LeapStory from within the LeapStory application by clicking the “Eject” button in the top-left corner.
  3. When your device has ejected completely, you will see the “Welcome to your LeapStory” screen. Now it is safe to disconnect the USB cable from your LeapStory.
