When I connect LeapStory to my computer, I see a message asking “Do you want to scan and fix Removable Disk?“ What should I do?

If you see a Windows message asking “Do you want to scan and fix Removable Disk?“ we recommend that you do NOT choose “Scan and fix (recommended).”

  1. Please select “Continue without scanning.”
  2. Remember to always eject your LeapStory from within the LeapStory application by clicking the “Eject” button in the top-left corner.
  3. When your device has ejected completely, you will see the “Welcome to your LeapStory” screen. Now it is safe to disconnect the USB cable from your LeapStory.
