First make sure you install the LeapStory application found at leapfrog.com/connect.

1. On the “Welcome to your LeapStory” screen, follow the instructions to connect your device using the included USB Cable. Turn the LeapStory power switch to “ON.”
2. When you see the Home screen, click “Settings” in the top-right corner of the application.
3. Click the RESET DEVICE button.
4. Wait for the reset process to fully complete. Eject your LeapStory using the “Eject” button in the top-left of the application.
5. When your device has ejected completely, you will see the “Welcome to your LeapStory” screen.
6. Disconnect the USB cable from your LeapStory and your device is ready to play.
