How do I upgrade my LeapFrog Academy account?

If you have a monthly subscription and would like to upgrade to a yearly membership, you can do this at any time in the My Account section.

If you choose to upgrade your account, the change will take place at the end of your current billing period, at which time you will be charged for the upgraded plan.

To upgrade your account:

  1. Log in to LeapFrog Academy
  2. Select the Parents button in the top right corner
  3. Select Parent Dashboard and enter your LeapFrog Academy™ password
  4. On the Parent Dashboard screen, select My Account from the top navigation

Under Subscription & Billing, you will see the available upgrade options based on your current plan
