How often will I be billed for my LeapFrog Academy subscription?
Your billing cycle is determined by the date that you sign up as well as the subscription plan you select.
- If you choose a monthly plan, you will be billed on the same day the following month. If that day does not exist in a given month, you will be billed on the last day of such month. For example, if you become a paying subscriber on January 31, you would be billed for the next month on February 28.
- If you choose a 6-month plan, you will be charged on the same day 6 months later. If that day does not exist in a given month, you will be billed on the last day of such month. For example, if you become a paying subscriber on March 31, you would be billed next on September 30.
- If you choose a 12-month plan, you will be charged on the same day the following year.
To find out your next billing date:
- Log in to LeapFrog Academy
- Select the Parents button in the top right corner
- Select Parent Dashboard and enter your LeapFrog Academy™ password
- On the Parent Dashboard screen, select My Account from the top navigation
Under Subscription & Billing, your next billing date will be displayed
