LeapFrog Academy doesn’t play if I enable Restricted Websites on my iPhone or iPad.

On iOS 11 or earlier:

  1. On your iPad or iPhone, force close LeapFrog Academy (see: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330 for info on how to do this) 
  2. Open the iOS Settings app 
  3. Select “General” 
  4. Select “Restrictions” 
  5. If asked, enter your Restrictions Passcode 
  6. Under “Allowed Content,” select “Websites” 
  7. Select “Specific Websites Only” 
  8. Under “Only Allow These Websites,” select “Add a Website…” 
  9. Next to Title, enter “LeapFrog” 
  10. Next to URL, enter “http://leapfrog.com” 
  11. Select “Done” 
  12. Select “Add a Website…” again 
  13. Next to Title, enter “LeapFrog Academy” 
  14. Next to URL, enter  “http://127.0.0.1” 
  15. Select “Done” 
  16. Exit the Settings app and open LeapFrog Academy again

On iOS 12:

  1. On your iPad or iPhone, force close LeapFrog Academy (see: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330 for info on how to do this) 
  2. Open the iOS Settings app 
  3. Select “Screen Time” (if asked to enter Screen Time Passcode, enter your passcode)
  4. Select “Content & Privacy Restrictions”
  5. Select “Content Restrictions”
  6. Select “Web Content”
  7. Under “Allowed Content,” select “Websites” 
  8. Select “Allowed Websites Only” 
  9. Under “Only Allow These Websites,” select “Add Website” 
  10. Next to Title, enter “LeapFrog” 
  11. Next to URL, enter “http://leapfrog.com” 
  12. Select “Back” 
  13. Select “Add Website” again 
  14. Next to Title, enter “LeapFrog Academy” 
  15. Next to URL, enter  “http://127.0.0.1” 
  16. Select “Back” 
  17. Exit the Settings app and open LeapFrog Academy again
