If you already have the LeapFrog Academy App installed and it stopped working, please try the following:

1. On the Epic home screen, select the Parents icon.
2. Enter your Parent Lock Code.
3. Select App Manager.
4. Select LeapFrog Academy.
5. Select Uninstall.
6. At the top of App Manager, select the NOT INSTALLED tab.
7. Next to LeapFrog Academy, select Install.
8. At the top of App Manager, select the INSTALLED tab.
9. Wait for LeapFrog Academy to download and install completely.
10. Go back to Epic’s Child Login screen.
11. Select your child’s profile.
12. Launch LeapFrog Academy.
13. Enter your LeapFrog Academy password.
