Q: How do I change my email address or password?
A: To update your profile information:
- Select the Parents button in the top right corner of LeapFrog Academy™
- Select Parent Dashboard and enter your LeapFrog Academy™ password
- On the Parent Dashboard screen, select My Account from the top navigation
- To change your email address, click Update profile under My Profile. To change your password, click Change password.
