Q: How do I change my email address or password?

A: To update your profile information:
 

1. Select the Parents button in the top right corner of LeapFrog Academy™
2. Select Parent Dashboard and enter your LeapFrog Academy™ password
3. On the Parent Dashboard screen, select My Account from the top navigation
4. To change your email address, click Update profile under My Profile. To change your password, click Change password.
