Q: Why am I seeing a message that my LeapFrog Academy™ subscription has expired?

A: If you see a message that your LeapFrog Academy™ subscription has expired and you haven't canceled it, you may need to update your payment method:
 

  1. Click the My Account link
  2. Under Subscription & Billing, click the Restart Subscription link
  3. On the Restart Membership page, confirm your details are correct and update your payment method, if necessary, and then click Restart Subscription
