If your membership is paid through LeapFrog:
1. Select the Parents button in the top right corner of LeapFrog Academy™
2. Select Parent Dashboard and enter your LeapFrog Academy™ password
3. On the Parent Dashboard screen, select My Account from the top navigation
4. Under Subscription & Billing, click Cancel subscription and then confirm the change; cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period
If your membership is paid through iTunes:
1. On the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad, tap Settings.
2. Tap iTunes & App Store.
3. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
4. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in.
5. Under Subscriptions, tap Manage.
6. Tap LeapFrog Academy.
7. Turn off Automatic Renewal to cancel a subscription. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
If your membership is paid through Google Play:
1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Tap the Menu icon.
3. Select Account.
4. Select Subscriptions.
5. Select LeapFrog Academy.
6. Select Cancel. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
If your membership is paid through Amazon Appstore:
1. Open the Amazon Appstore from your Amazon device.
2. Tap the Menu icon.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Select LeapFrog Academy.
5. Select Manage.
6. Uncheck Auto-renew this subscription and click Save. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
