Why are apps I purchased not appearing in my order history?

LeapFrog transitioned platforms for our app sales in March of 2015. While this will have no impact on your ability to download and sync apps, it may affect how your order history is displayed.

Apps purchased on the LeapFrog website or via Wi-Fi on the LeapPad3 App Center will be visible in the website Order History.

To view these orders:

1. Go to www.leapfrog.com
2. From the "My Account" tab at the top of the page, select "My Orders"
3. Sign in to your account
4. You will land on the "My Orders" page where your app orders will be visible


Apps purchased via the LeapFrog Connect application prior to March 17, 2015 will only be visible on the "On This LeapPad" tab in LeapFrog Connect.

Apps purchased on the LeapPad Ultra App Center prior to March 17, 2015 will be visible either on the LeapFrog Connect "On This LeapPad" tab, or on the LeapPad Ultra device at the following location:

1. Open the App Center icon on the LeapPad
2. Tap the Menu icon on the top right of the page
3. From the menu drop down, select My Account
4. Sign in to your account
5. Your previously purchased apps will appear at the bottom of the screen under "App Download History". For any apps not currently on the LeapPad, tap "Download" to the right of the title to download it.
