Note: The Tag Reader was last sold in 2013 and is no longer supported. The LeapFrog Connect software for this product is offered as-is.

Step 2: Launch the LeapFrog Connect Application by clicking the icon on your computer.
Step 3: Connect your Tag Reader to the computer with the USB cord and turn it on.
Step 4: On the LeapFrog Home screen, click the "ENTER" button in the My Toys box near the top of the screen.
Step 5: In the My Toys screen, click the orange button on the Tag card.
The above picture shows you an example of the welcome screen. To access the audio downloads page for your child's books, you will need to select your childs name under "Tag".
Step 6: Once you have selected your child's name you must click on the "Audio Downloads" tab which you can see on the left hand side on your screen. (See example in picture below.)
You can now download the audio for your child's book.
Step 6: After downloading the file from the Audio Downloads page, you must go to the "On My Tag" page and transfer the file from your computer to the Tag Reader.
The "On My Tag" page is located inside the LeapFrog Connect Application. (See picture below)
Step 7: You will then need to select the audio for the book you would like on your Tag Reader System. You must then sync the audio to your Tag Reader by clicking the "Save to Tag" button.
Please Note: If you are seeing the "Save to Tag" button grayed out like the picture above. Please make sure your Tag Reader is connected, and powered on.
If you are certain you have synced the audio file from your computer to your Tag Reader and are still experiencing difficulty, check the country setting at the top of the Audio Download page. This can be found in the LeapFrog Connect Application. Make sure the country is set to the country where your book was purchased.
Please also Note: The same book title in two different countries will have different audio files.
