Be sure you have selected the correct country on the Audio Downloads page. This should be the country where the book was purchased. To change the country settings please see picture below:
Once your audio has been downloaded and synced to the Tag Reader, the Tag Reader must be touched to an inside page of the corresponding book to activate the audio. Clicking the button on the side of the Tag Reader does not activate the books. See the picture below:
Note: Audios for books that are not owned cannot be read aloud on the Tag Reader. Also you need to touch the inside of the book, and not the outside cover.
