LeapFrog Link is not connecting to My Best Pals Scout or Violet. What can I do?

Please check that you have approved Bluetooth connections that will allow the LeapFrog Link app to communicate with your toy.

 

For iOS devices:

  • Go into your device settings.
  • Go into "Apps".
  • Go into the app settings for "LeapFrog Link".
  • Confirm that Bluetooth is turned ON.

 

For Android devices:

  • Go into your device settings.
  • Go into "Apps".
  • Go into the app settings for "LeapFrog Link".
  • Confirm that Nearby Devices is set to ALLOWED.
