If your Magic Adventures Binoculars screen does not show video or the device will not play sound, please check the following:
- Ensure that you have new high-quality batteries installed (Requires 4 new AA batteries).
- Power cycle the device by holding down the power button for more than 10 seconds.
- Remove all installed batteries and hold the power button for a solid 30 seconds. Re-install batteries and power on the device.
