Allow System Extensions MacOS 15+ aka ‘Sequoia’
- Resolves “Stuck on Step 2” or "device not recognized" by Mac computer.
- Resolves Error “The disk you attached was not readable by this computer”
- Unplug the LeapFrog device and close the LeapFrog Connect Application
- Open the Mac ‘System Settings’ and Go To ‘General’
- On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Login Items & Extensions’
- Next to the LeapFrog Enterprises, Inc entry, ensure that ‘Allow in the Background’ is turned ‘on’
- Under the ‘Extensions’ section, click the info icon (the “i” with circle around it) next to ‘Driver Extensions’ to open the Driver Extensions dialog box.
- Turn ‘on’ the driver extension for ‘LeapFrog Connect 2’ by moving the slider to the right.
- After authorizing the change, click ‘Done’
- Launch LeapFrog Connect and connect your LeapFrog device to resume installation.
