My LeapPods Max has stopped working. What should I do?

1. Slide the On/Off Switch to the Off position for 30 seconds.

2. Slide the On/Off Switch to the On position again. It should now work properly.

3. If the headphones don’t work, recharge the battery and repeat steps 1 and 2.
