My USB cable accidentally detached while I was using LeapFrog Connect and now RockIt Twist won’t connect to LeapFrog Connect

  1. First, disconnect the device and make sure it is off.
  2. Quit LeapFrog Connect software and then relaunch it.
  3. Power on the device and connect it to your computer.
  4. If reconnecting is unsuccessful, please disconnect the device and restart your computer.
  5. Relaunch LeapFrog Connect, and try again.
