My USB cable accidentally detached while I was using LeapFrog Connect and now RockIt Twist won’t connect to LeapFrog Connect

- First, disconnect the device and make sure it is off.
- Quit LeapFrog Connect software and then relaunch it.
- Power on the device and connect it to your computer.
- If reconnecting is unsuccessful, please disconnect the device and restart your computer.
- Relaunch LeapFrog Connect, and try again.
