When I connect LeapStory to my computer, I see a message asking “Do you want to scan and fix Removable Disk?“ What should I do?
If you see a Windows message asking “Do you want to scan and fix Removable Disk?“ we recommend that you do NOT choose “Scan and fix (recommended).”
- Please select “Continue without scanning.”
- Remember to always eject your LeapStory from within the LeapStory application by clicking the “Eject” button in the top-left corner.
- When your device has ejected completely, you will see the “Welcome to your LeapStory” screen. Now it is safe to disconnect the USB cable from your LeapStory.
