My LeapStory is connected to my computer and powered on, but nothing happens. What should I do?

First make sure you install the LeapStory application found at leapfrog.com/connect.

Windows: Open the file that is downloaded and it will install the LeapStory application.

Mac: Open the file that is downloaded and drag the “LeapFrog LeapStory” app icon into the “Applications” folder.

  1. When the application is installed, open the “LeapFrog LeapStory” application.
  2. Follow the instructions on the “Welcome to your LeapStory” screen to connect your device using the included USB cable. Turn the LeapStory power switch to “ON.”
  3. If your LeapStory is already connected and powered ON, but you still see the “Welcome to your LeapStory” screen, try sliding the power switch to OFF, then ON again.
