Try searching for another name that sounds like your child's name, but is spelled differently. For example, if the name is spelled "Kristine," try searching for "Christine." You will have the chance to change the spelling in the next screen.

You can also choose a nickname instead. To do this, click the "Can't find your child's name?" link, then choose a nickname from the drop-down menu.
