Note: The Tag Reader was last sold in 2013 and is no longer supported. The LeapFrog Connect software for this product is offered as-is.
Updating the firmware on the Tag Reader should resolve this issue.
1. Launch the LeapFrog Connect application
2. Power on and plug in the Tag Reader
3. On Tag Home page of LeapFrog Connect, click the "Settings" link on the top right corner of the page in LeapFrog Connect
4. Click the "Reset" button
5. When the Reset is complete, disconnect the Tag Reader and try the audio again
