Please be sure you are signed into your computer's admin account and connected to a USB port directly on the computer, not a port on the keyboard, monitor or USB hub.
Make sure you have the LeapFrog Connect plug-in for the Tag Reader or Tag Junior installed. If you own other LeapFrog connected devices, you still need to download the LeapFrog Connect application for your Tag Reader or Tag Junior in order for the device to be recognized by your computer.
