Unable to pass country selection during setup on LeapPad Ultra

  1. Download and install LeapFrog Connect from www.leapfrog.com/connect
  2. Launch the LeapFrog Connect application.
  3. Power on and connect the LeapPad Ultra.
  4. Let LeapPad Ultra sync until LeapFrog Connect tells you to disconnect and create a player profile.
  5. Disconnect the LeapPad Ultra from the computer and continue with the starter flow on the device.
