LeapMove works best when it's at least 2 feet off the ground, with the calibration circle adjusted to be 6 feet from the TV.
Please try adjusting the camera lens so that the circle is 6 feet from the TV during calibration. If this did not help, please try adjusting the lens so that the circle is 7'4" from the TV.
