To skip Wi-Fi registration in the start up menu, select the HINT (?) button on the top right corner of the screen, then choose SKIP.
After skipping registration, you may complete the setup, unlock the included Pet Play World game, and start playing on the console immediately. When convenient, you can later complete registration in the Parent Settings menu by following the steps here.
