I got a message saying I wasn’t authorized to install a Learning app. Why?

The rights to install a learning app are saved with the LeapFrog Parent Account that purchased the app. Make sure the LeapFrog Parent Account associated with your handheld is the same parent account that purchased the app.

 

To change the LeapFrog Parent Account associated with your handheld:

 

1. Click the "Parent Account" tab in the top navigation.
 
2. Click "Sign in to my LeapFrog Parent Account"
 
3. Log in with the email address and password that purchased the learning app, and then indicate who plays with each player name on the handheld.
