2. Check if the electrical outlet is controlled by a wall switch.

3. Try plugging the LeapTV adapter into a different outlet in your home to verify the unit is not powering on.

4. If the LeapTV adapter is plugged into a surge protector, please verify the surge protector's on/off switch is in the correct position, and other devices plugged into it are powering on.
