Because LeapPad and Leapster Explorer require the download of large files from the web, they require a high speed internet connection.

We consider high-speed internet  to be Cable, DSL or T1 connection.

Due to latency inherent in 3G and satellite internet connections, we do not support these connections even if the provider advertises them as "high speed".

We do not support internet tethering from wireless phones.
