If the LeapTV console is not responding to the remote or the power button on the console, restart the console by pressing and holding down the power button on the console for 15 seconds to shut it down.  Then press the power button once to turn the console back on.

To prevent an improper shutdown which may damage the unit, do not power the LeapTV console off by pulling the power adapter out.

If you continue to experience difficulty, try resetting the console with these steps:

1. Start with the LeapTV console powered OFF

2. Turn the LeapTV console ON by pressing the power button

3. Immediately press and hold the SYNC button until you see the green light ring on the front of the console blink

4. Follow the instructions on screen to complete the reset
